  • Interim Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) / Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) services
  • Post-merger and acquisition sales integration
  • Go-to-market strategy for Data & AI services businesses

Specific deliverables and outcomes will be defined in the Service Agreement.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges at 8% above the Bank of England base rate per annum
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

5.6 Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate a Service Agreement in accordance with the termination clause specified therein. In the absence of specific terms:

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice
  • Immediate termination is permitted for material breach of contract
  • Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable
  • Cancellation of scheduled engagements with less than 14 days' notice may incur a cancellation fee

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of an engagement, subject to the terms of any Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place.

We encourage parties to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiations before resorting to legal proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved:

  1. The parties agree to first attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
  2. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through the courts of England and Wales
